Our experience
Working both through LIFT and other routes, Odyssey Healthcare consortium members have delivered over 250 Primary and Social Care facilities. This has brought around £500 million of investment nationally. Demonstrating the effectiveness of our LIFT approach, over half of this value has been invested into 28 schemes across the seven geographical areas served by the LIFT Companies that we operate. This number is set to increase dramatically this year.
Odyssey Healthcare is a consortium formed from organisations that have worked within the LIFT Market since its inception, with the key constituent members being representatives of Amber Infrastructure, the Ashley House Group (incorporating the Infracare Group) and the GSL group.
Key individual team members have worked in many of the LIFT Companies and are known for their innovative approach and for a pragmatic and, often, public sector rent-reducing, approach to development.
